Le test de 4 x 1000m pr\u00e9vu le 23\/08 permettra d&rsquo;identifier une pr\u00e9vision de performance mais aussi d&rsquo;adapter les allures.<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail_default\">L&rsquo;enjeu est d&rsquo;arriver repos\u00e9 et motiv\u00e9 mais aussi avec la meilleure condition possible sur des distances de 10 \u00e0 15 kms.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail_default\"><br aria-hidden=\"true\">Quelques points d&rsquo;attention:<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail_default\">1. Possible si on a plus de temps et l&rsquo;envie, d&rsquo;ajouter 15&prime; \u00e0 sa sortie longue habituelle ou faire une s\u00e9ance hebdomadaire&nbsp;en plus sous&nbsp;la forme d&rsquo;endurance cool et sur terrain souple<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail_default\">2. int\u00e9r\u00eat de faire de petites comp\u00e9t o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on va chercher son \u00e9quilibre maximal en endurance<\/div>\n<div class=\"x_gmail_default\">3. Mais si on a besoin de vacances pour couper un peu , il faut lever le pied sans aucun scrupule.
